If you wish to return an item, you must call or email our office within 14 days of receipt of the goods in question, and obtain a return authorization. Returned goods must be in new, unused, unopened condition. Buyer must arrange and pay for return shipping. Returned items not shipped prepaid will be rejected and returned at your expense. A 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from all return credits.
